These terms govern your use of Biggsfield, operated by Biggsfield. Questions: [email protected].

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity on your account and API keys.

Credits and subscriptions

• Generations consume credits; the cost is shown before you generate. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
• Subscription credits are added at the start of each billing period. Purchased credit packs don't expire.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices. You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Don't create content that is illegal, sexualizes minors, harasses people, impersonates real people without consent, infringes others' rights, or deceives people about being real. AI-generated media uploaded to YouTube is labeled as synthetic content.

Your content

You own the content you create, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. You grant us the license needed to host and process it, and to display it if you publish it to the gallery.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
