Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Biggsfield, the data controller for Biggsfield, collects and uses personal data, in line with the GDPR and KVKK.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name, profile picture (from Google sign-in, if used).
• Content: prompts, uploaded images/videos/audio and the media you generate.
• Billing data: handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; we receive the payment status, amount and a customer id, never your card number.
• Usage data: credits spent, generation history, and (only with consent) analytics.

How we use it

• To provide the service: run generations with our AI providers (fal.ai, Anthropic, OpenAI) and store results.
• To send transactional email (verification, receipts, account notices) through SendGrid.
• To send marketing email only if you opted in. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run Biggsfield: Supabase (database, auth, storage), fal.ai, Anthropic, OpenAI, SendGrid, Dodo Payments, Google (YouTube, if you connect a channel) and our hosting provider (AWS). We don't sell personal data.

Public content

Generations you publish to the community gallery are visible to everyone with your username. You can unpublish them at any time.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at [email protected]. You can also delete your account from Settings.
